Mikayla started her career in veterinary medicine in 2021 studying at the Vet Tech Institute in Pittsburgh. She graduated in December of 2022 and became a Certified Veterinary Technician in April of 2023. Mikayla always had lots of pets growing up and knew she wanted to work with animals from a young age. She now has a Beagle mix named Juno, a one-winged Cockatiel named Sunny, and a cat named Kirby. In her free time, she enjoys crocheting, camping and playing video games with her friends.
